FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Do we need our floor plans in a special format?

No. Any image will do; you simply draw the relevant parts directly onto the image.

Where is our data kept?

On a server in the European Union. Each organisation has its own database — your data is not stored alongside anyone else’s.

Can we try it before we decide?

Yes. The first month is free and can be tailored to your own plans and equipment, so you get to try out your own kit rather than a demo version.

What happens if you stop doing this?

A fair thing to ask. You are never holding an empty bag: the inventory exports to a spreadsheet and the photos to ordinary image files, at any time, without asking me first. If I ever wound this down you would get notice in writing and a final full export. The price is per year and does not renew by itself, so there is no term to be stuck in either.

How does a custom project start, and how is it priced?

You contact me and we discuss the problem, in any easy format you want. After we talk, I come back with information about, how long it takes to create and a fixed price, before any work starts. If it doesn't suit you, that's where it ends and you owe nothing. Anything added later is quoted separately, so the price you agreed to is the price you pay.
